A Tesla, Plein Air Painting, and More

Our New Way of Getting Around

We’ve only been at our work camping job for 3 weeks, but we’ve seen a lot . . .

WE’VE BEEN TO THE MOUNTAINS

Plenty of Snow Left

And it’s melting . . .

WE’VE SEEN A TESLA CHARGING UP AT OUR CAMPGROUND

It took 2 kwH (or 50 cents)

AND A MOTORHOME FENDER BENDER

Guess which one costs more to fix

JAN STARTED PLEIN AIR PAINTING AGAIN

Love your scenic area with melting snow and babbling brook. I suspect doggie likes the snow. Jan, your painting is lovely…serene and soft colors. We are experiencing spring…finally. Kath

Wow.. lots to take in. The scenery is beautiful.. I think the artists appreciate that. I appreciated seeing the Plein air painters.. how cool is that!? Were they from the campsite or maybe from Bishop? Love that Jan found them.

Seems like you have captured the fundamentals of enjoying life. And THAT is cool. Haven’t taken the winter stuff out of the car.. that I use not long ago during the hopefully – last snowstorm. And now.. it’s 80-ish and the overnight low is 62. Things happen fast here. All Wisconsin is of course, manic. It’s like something will happen to turn all this back to snow.. so were going at celebrating intensely.. completely gonzo over the warm weather. Mary

The group is the Eastern Sierra Plein Air Painters, a wonderful accepting group of painters from Manmoth all the way south of here, who get together every Tuesday starting in May through October.
