Bodie, CA — a very special place. One of the most beautiful places I’ve ever seen. A ghost town about 2 hours north of Bishop.

    Yeah, ghost towns. I’ve been down to Terlingua, TX a few times. It was the 1st time I’d ever heard ghost used as a verb – as in the 1st time the town “ghosted.” These days Terlingua is a thriving destination governed by its mayor, Clay Henry IV, a beer-drinking goat. Ghost towns rock!
