Secret Beach

I discovered Secret Beach when we stayed at Crazy Horse in 2014.

Flirt and I went there for a swim today. Sunny and temps in the mid-70s . . .

Flirt Taking a Swim

Flirt will first take a brief plunge then come out of the water and shake.

After that she’ll swim back and forth close to shore while occasionally blowing bubbles with her nose.

Flirt likes to swim with her back feet touching the bottom.

However, after a few minutes, she’ll start swimming further out. At first her front paws will break the water when she can’t touch bottom, but after a minute it’s smooth sailing (or pawing).

Hummingbirds & a Shameless Plug

There are 3 hummingbirds battling for a space at our feeder.

You’ll have to look very closely.
