    Ay yi YI!! you need to get some gophers for the poor thing! How very strange looking… not shy at all either. Wow! Glad it’s non-venomous.. yes.

      This snake isn’t poisonous, but it does bite. A have a vague memory of dad teaching me how to pick up a grass snake, but it could have been from a Merle Duesing show.
